WHEN MANAGEMENT STEPS OUT TO LUNCH
46th Streeters makin' whoopee aboard Bob Hawkins' first floor desk. Not an everyday occurence, of course. But in this instance in celebration of a staffer's birthday.

GETTING IT TOGETHER

Fifth floor furball Kiki kept out certain types of rodent but not the two-legged ones.
When Kiki got out of the building, Paul Rosovsky recalls, Peggy nearly got arrested as a cop followed her creeping around the block and listening to her calling "Kiki, Kiki . . ."

Joan and Peggy – two fair ladies who were about as plugged in as you can get – channeled the telephonic traffic around 154W46 St.
